  • Evaluate Bonding & Insurance requirements 
  • Analyze Proposed Project Teams & Retain the Most Effective Superintendent and Project Manager 
  • Analyze Bids & Recommend Contractors 
  • Negotiate & Prepare Final Construction Agreements 
  • Finalize Detailed Construction Schedule
