CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION
- Facilitate Pre-Construction Meeting with Successful Bidder
- Ensure Owner, Tenant, and All Stakeholders are Informed, Provided with Necessary Documentation and Communication, and the Client and Other Parties are Performing on their Contract Obligations.
- Coordinate Job Start Up Procedures Including Access, W orking Hours, Rules & Regulations, and Certificates of Insurance
- Review and Track RFI's & PCO's
- Establish and Conduct Progress Meetings with all Parties.
- Coordinate, Analyze, and Recommend Payment of Monthly Applications and Miscellaneous Invoices
- Provide Cost and Schedule Status Reports
- Negotiate & Document Change Orders
- Implement Schedule Recovery Plans
- Monitor Construction Quality and Conformance & Implement Corrective Actions
- Resolve Disputes
- Coordinate All Vendors Seamlessly– Furniture, Audio/Visual, Signage, Art, Etc.
- Perform Substantial Completion Inspection
- Establish Punch List, Track, and Ensure Completion
