OUR EXPERTISE
Ryan Beible, Managing Member, possesses 11 years of vast and well-rounded construction and commercial real estate experience within the DC region. From complete multi-story Class A office building core and shell renovations to minor renovations of interiors tied to leases and spec suites, his company continually produces great spaces for clients in various industries,in various building types, and within numerous jurisdictions. PRICING
Cost and risk control begins with us. STONE strives to provide the rare combination of best service and best price. Since every project and assignment is different, we do not base our pricing on project costs or square footage. We also do not price our services through the common open ended monthly model . Instead, we provide our services in a unique, all-inclusive fixed fee arrangement. Once under contract, STONE will never request additional fees or say oversight of a necessary task is outside of our scope. When an hourly arrangement is the proper arrangement, our rates are hard to beat.
RELATIONSHIPS
STONE has established and strong relationships with brokers, architects, engineers, jurisdictional staff and liaisons, contractors, attorneys, and other consultants. Our relationships and mutual respect for each other yield positive results and smooth flow of project phases where costs and schedules are controlled for the client.
FLEXIBILITY
We serve various client needs and structure our arrangements to allow for their fluidity. Examples of clients and their needs are:
