STONE was hired by Meridian after they had set their sights on 1800 M St, NW, a building two blocks from their now former space. We performed a lot of work reviewing and negotiating lease documents pertaining to shell definitions, landlord work, and the work letter, and subsequently managed all aspects of design, construction, ff&e, and relocation. www.merid.org.

Beer Institute engaged STONE while in lease negotiations for new space in the Capitol Hill submarket. We analyzed the costs required to renovate the former spec suite for their program, and honed in on some unique aspects of the building that needed to be addressed in the lease work letter.
