The photos above show the condition of the building at our initial walk through in the Spring of 2015. Pyramid engaged STONE to perform due diligence during their study period, and following our reports on costs, schedule, existing conditions, and land use regulations, they signed the lease and we provided complete Owner's Rep services through their move in Summer of 2016. This building is approximately 100 years old, and in its past life was among other uses a bowling alley, church, silent movie theater, and arcade. Today, it is an energetic and creative art center . PLANNED PARENTHOOD OF METROPOLITAN WASHINGTON, DC WASHINGTON, DC (NOMA)
The photos above were taken in the Spring of 2013. PPMW engaged STONE to perform due diligence, specifically to determine that they could occupy this building as a matter of right under DC zoning regulations. Following acquisition of the property, STONE provided complete Owner's Rep services for the redevelopment of this vacant former auto repair center and mid project adjacent lot acquisition, building raze, and addition. PPMW obtained their certificate of occupancy Summer of 2016. Today, this building, named the Carol Whitehill Moses Center, houses their administrative offices, event spaces, and modern state of the art health care facilities. www.ppmw.org.
